"Lux...Lux...Alexz!" Pansy yelled. "What?" Lus asked. "What is with you today?" Pansy asked. "My first quidditch game is tomorrow", Lux said. "With Theo, Blaise, and Draco on the team, those Gryffindorks won't touch you", Pansy reassured her. "What if I screw up and cost Slytherin the game?" Lux asked. "Draco will still love you", Pansy said, "Now c'mon, the guys are waiting". Pansy dragged Lux down to the Great Hall. Draco kissed Lux on the forehead. "Baby what's wrong?" Draco asked. "I'm scared about the quidditch game", she told him. "You've played quidditch before", Draco said. "Don't let those Gryffindors scare you".
*The next day*
"I can't do this", Lux said. "Stop saying that", Draco said. He took her face in his hands and said, "You'll be fine". He leaned towards her and softly kissed her lips. "Better?" he asked. "Yeah", she said smiling. "No matter waht, I'll catch you", Draco told her.
The game had begun. Blaise was going for the quaffle and Draco was neck and neck with Potter. Suddenly, a bludger slammed into Lux's side. Lux grabbed her stomach with one arm. her breathing labored. Another slammed into her broom. Lux lost her grip and slipped off her broomstick. Draco abandoned the snitch and flew to catch Lux. Draco caught her as Potter caught the snitch. Draco and the rest of the Slytherin team landed. "Who was it?" Theo asked. "Those blasted Gryffindor beaters", Draco said. "Draco?" Lux asked. "I'm here", Draco said, "See? I told you I'd catch you". Lux smiled. Draco carefully picked her up and carried her to the hospital wing.
