“Why does Lux not like me?” Nix asked Blaise. “Lux doesn’t like many people”, Blaise said. “But why?” Nix asked. Lux was waiting at the Slytherin portrait. “Oh hey Lux”, Blaise said. “Draco needs to speak with you. Go”, Lux said, “I’ll keep Phoenix company”. Blaise went inside. “Follow me”, Lux said. She took Nix to the Black Lake. “So, you wanna know my past?” Lux asked, “When I was very young, my parents and brother died in a horrible fire. My magic saved me that day. Dumbledore placed me with an average magical family. I was 11 when I met Draco the first time. I ran into him, quite literally, in Diagon Alley. When I turned 13, my family died in a car crash. One day, Draco ran into me, literally. That was the day I became part of the Slytherin circle. I started dating Blaise and he cheated on me with Pansy. Around 5th year was when Draco began showing an interest in me. So you see, I don’t hate you. I’m just afraid that you’ll take my place”. “I would never to do that”, Nix told her, “They respect and love you”. “Maybe I won’t kill you”, Lux said joking. Although, Nix wasn’t so sure she was.
